Working alongside some of the best there is, I have spent a lot of time practicing to be comfortable being uncomfortable. I thrive building and leading incredibly talented creative teams for some of the most innovative, compelling, and complex brands in the world. My work is regularly recognized by top industry awards, design publications, and satisfying high fives. Along the way I’ve hacked Instagram, said the quiet part out loud, won the Olympics (the whole thing), built a 16ft sculpture that greets visitors to Wall St, tried to make the town square for Billions a kinder place, teamed up with the United Nations to distribute aid for Doctors and refugees, designed a Global currency, sponsored a race car, pioneered the first Ai powered singing website in 2011, helped raise $1Billion for charity, and sent thousands of Baristas to college for free. Leading with empathy and experience I swing big and consistently push teams to craft the best work of their careers together.

Currently working on freelance projects, AI experiments, and bringing renewable energy to far away places.

Oh and it's a little tricky at first but it's pronounced He•kE•mE•an. As a second generation French-Armenian from the suburbs of Baltimore, I am heavily influenced by Bad Brains, American League East, and Old Bay seasoning. Now I’m helping raise two powerful girls and several struggling houseplants in Los Angeles. Let’s grab a coffee, I know a great spot.
